At IBCDesigns, we want you to shop with confidence. Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Because many of our products are handmade, personalized, or made to order, custom and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at ibcdesigns1@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work to make it right.
All returns must be approved by IBCDesigns before being sent back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
