Please allow 5–7 business days for shipping unless otherwise stated. Most IBCDesigns products are handmade and made to order with care, so processing times may vary slightly, especially during peak seasons.
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided. IBCDesigns is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
All sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
