At IBCDesigns, every order is created and prepared with care. Because many of our items are handmade, customized, or made to order, please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipment.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please note that shipping carrier transit times are separate from processing times and may vary.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, IBCDesigns is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect address information submitted at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
